We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping orders. Shipping options may include:
- **Standard Shipping:** Delivery typically within 3-5 business days after processing.
- **Expedited Shipping:** Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- **Priority Shipping:** Delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
**2. Order Processing Time**
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 (excluding the pre sale, those orders will ship when merchandise has been received by manufacturer) business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4pm EST may not be processed until the following business day.
**3. Shipping Rates**
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
**4. Tracking Information**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the USPS website or through the link provided in the email.
**5. Shipping Restrictions**
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

**7. Lost or Stolen Packages**
Back Step Graphics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
